Start with a defensible distinction

Interview customer-facing staff about why people choose, hesitate, and return. Separate a real operating strength from a vague claim like quality. Write the proof needed for each message.

Build a message hierarchy

Define the primary promise, the explanation, the evidence, and the next action. Apply that hierarchy to a homepage, a sales introduction, and one campaign before approving the direction.

Set usable visual rules

Choose type, color, spacing, image treatment, and content patterns that work with ordinary material as well as polished hero assets. Test long titles, mobile layouts, and low-information pages.

A working output

Create a positioning brief, a priority message matrix, a compact visual guide, and a touchpoint audit. Identify which assets need replacement first and who approves them.
