How the score works
Each category has two equally weighted questions. “Not in place” = 0, “Partly in place” = 1, and “In place, with supporting evidence” = 2. A category score is earned points divided by possible points for answered questions, multiplied by 100. “Not sure” is excluded, not scored as failure. A category with no scored answers is “Not assessed.” Categories with one scored answer are marked partial.
This is a directional self-assessment, not a validated benchmark or external audit. Priorities begin with the lowest answered category scores; unknown areas are listed separately as evidence to gather. A high score reflects your answers, not an independent verification.
